    I am just getting ready to purchase CSS Hero. But before I do, would like to ask if there is a specific area within the WP forum to post questions for it.

    I have searched the forum for “CSS Hero” but not finding a specific part of the forum where members are posting questions about it.

    CSS Hero is a premium WP plugin so it doesn’t have active support here on www.ads-software.com. You can reach their developers here. Additionaly, you can ask questions via chat, here.
