CSS: Hiding all text but not embedded galleries in a post?

Hello,

I am building a child theme on the Genesis framework, new to WP. I have posts with text and image galleries embedded. I am trying to hide the text from the post, display only the image galleries, but I do not see a css class for only the text. I can hide the title of the post (.entry-header) and the images (.gallery) but how would one go about working hiding only the using css?
