CSS issue

Report content covers the all items its below. When i put it manually over the post content or any content on my page, in small screen device; “report content” covers all content. Nothing appears under the “report content”. when i click the “report content” the whole item appearing with the report and when i click the “report content” to close, all items are disappearing. How is it possible. This issue only with small screen. How can i fix this ? please help
