CSS issue with outgoing links

I use WP External Links as plugin to automatically change all external and internal links to a certain format since the people who maintain the website rarely check all options.

In this plugin I add a feature to have an image for external links… Now, the issue is that on the cookie page of Complianz, this image appears twice since Complianz adds that image as well. How can I solve this without loosing the layouting of the page?
