CSS Issues – PRO Version

There are a few css issues that I haven’t been able to figure out. My player does not match what the demo looks like. Please advise as to how to fix. We are hoping to launch the website tomorrow, and this is the last piece of the puzzle.
WordPress version: 3.7.1
Plugin version: 2.3 PRO

Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Adjusting margins & padding – unsuccessfully.
