CSS & JS loaded sitewide

  • Hi,

    Is there a reason for the CSS and JS being loaded sitewide on the frontend or is it only needed in the WP admin dashboard?

    /wp-content/plugins/avatar-manager/assets/css/avatar-manager.min.css
/wp-content/plugins/avatar-manager/assets/js/avatar-manager.min.js
