Hi, I think it’s a really good idea you added CSS/JS optimization, but it would also be good if there was a way to inline css for above the fold optimization and also to disable google fonts for those who host fonts locally. You can currently do this with Autoptimize, so it would be great to have Litespeed cover all this if possible.

    Hi @martychc23,

    Thanks for your feedback.

Let’s see it in next week’s release.

I was also wondering, the http2 push function, does that only apply to css/js optimized by the Litespeed plugin, or will that also apply to css/js optimized by Autoptimize?

It will apply to all internal files. Even you don’t turn on css/js minify/combine feature.

    That’s great, good job!

Good job with the new features in v1.2.2

Currently using Autoptimize along side LiteSpeed Cache.
Do you think LiteSpeed cache can replace Autoptimize with the new features added in v1.2.2?

    Cheers

    Hi @richpags,

Yes we can. If you have any new feature idea, please create a new topic and let us know.

    Thanks.

@richpags I was thinking the same, whether I could replace AO with the new litespeed optimization functions. I tested this and disabled AO, but when i ran pagespeed it was giving me warnings saying that my css/js needed to be minified. So perhaps it’s not being minified enough currently?

    Thanks @hailite,

    Looking forward to further features.

@martychc23, might stick with the AO combination for now then.

    Hi @martychc23,

We will add the feature you mentioned. But it may need to be in another release.

    Apologize for the delay.
