• Hi Elementor Support Team,

I’m facing an issue with my client’s WordPress WooCommerce website. CSS and JS are not loading on mobile devices. The site is built using Elementor and the Astra theme.

I’ve already tried changing the theme, but the issue persists. This problem is occurring on all pages, not just the homepage. I also regenerated CSS and JS in Elementor, but that didn’t resolve the issue either.

The issue started recently, and I’m attaching a link to the shop page where you can check the problem on mobile view. Please let me know how to fix this.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I see that you have Elementor pro installed on you site.

Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/ I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook.

We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.

www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Same problem here: Uncaught SyntaxError: unexpected token: keyword ‘var’. This happens when Litespeed cache is enabled and JS scripts are optimized.

There’s a missing “;” before var declaration in multiple JS files

To be clear, this happens with version 3.27.3. To fix, you need to edit those files end empty the JS cache (or disable litespeed):

    Missing semicolon in :

    ./assets/js/webpack.runtime.js at line 57, 203 and 328
    ./assets/js/app.js at line 16547 and 16672
    ./assets/js/nested-accordion.js at line 521 and 635
    ./assets/js/nested-elements.js at line 306 and 420
    ./assets/js/nested-tabs.js at line 521 and 635
    ./assets/js/styleguide-app-initiator.js at line 667 and 792
    ./assets/js/frontend.js at line 3145
    ./assets/js/frontend-modules.js at line 5046
