• After some confusion I stumbled onto information that IE9 has a 4095 selector limit in its CSS files. When our entire eCommerce store’s CSS is compiled into a single file, there’s over 14,000 selectors in there.

I love the plugin but is there a way to disable just the CSS compiling effect the plugin has?

Not in AO’s official version I’m afraid, although there is a fork on Github that seems to (try to) do(es) just that. Haven’t tested yet, so can’t confirm, but if you want to have a go you can download the zip-file here; https://github.com/mgreystone/autoptimize

let me know how that works for you, who knows I’ll pull it into the official AO at a later stage ??
