CSS missing from Login page

It’s because this Fusion CSS file get a 404 error ( Not Found )

and after clicking Login without any entered fields
same? Fusion file has another address and is found:

https://clubnewlife.com/wp-content/uploads/fusion-styles/9581b3f4eb06352a0c258d6d16ef6db7.min.css?ver=2.2.3

The first CSS file is missing in the directory: /wp-content/uploads/fusion-styles/
and is required by the first load of the login page and second load requires another CSS file for same formatting.

You should find out why you have two different CSS files for the login page.

Look at your child-theme if there is a functions.php file doing customizations.
