• I have two sites that I am using the plugin on: electjasonsmith.com/volunteer and annwagner.kinetic5.com/volunteer. The first site seems to pull in the CSS file just fine (I have “use the plugin’s CSS to style the output of shortcodes” checked on both sites). The settings are identical. But, on the AnnWagner site the formatting isn’t adopting the CSS. Does anyone know how this could happen or how to resolve?

You will need to investigate how the theme CSS is affecting the plugin’s output. The plugin CSS is being included in both cases, but the theme in the second one is overriding the settings with it’s own. You will probably have to include some additional CSS to get it to display the way you want— this is usually done in the theme, some themes even have a “custom CSS” area for that purpose.
