css not loading unless logged in

error we are getting is like this
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

What is the exact url for the 404 error?

That file is completely unrelated to FVM as it’s loading directly from the disk. The plugin doesn’t even touch it.
If it was returning 404, then that means the file was not there, or it wasn’t readable or your cache wasn’t updated.

Because the file is on the uploads directory, I believe it must be auto-generated from elementor. It may change name when you change settings somewhere.

Some servers use Varnish cache, which will cache 404 errors even.
Later when the cache expires, that would explain why the file is back.

It’s something server related, or it could be your browser cache.
