CSS Not Working on Homepage Only

Hello out there…

Unusual problem that I am ripping my hair out trying to figure out.

https://www.sitnrock.com is the site, at the bottom, above the footer I have an area called “footer-widget-area”. The categories in this area display correctly one every page except the home page! It was working fine, and all I’ve done before I noticed the problem was add the google plus button and created a custom footer menu using the wp menu feature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
