CSS Order Problem

For some reason AO seems to change the load order of my CSS and breaks the formatting of the page. Without AO activated my child theme style sheet is the last to be loaded. See this source code view. https://www.dropbox.com/s/lq26flb3m2cbu2w/view-source__ao_noptimize%3D1.html?dl=0

I’m currently running AO with an exemption for the atlci/style.css stylesheet, but would prefer to have it included.

Can you help determine why it would be changing the order?
