css, php tutorial – please suggest

  • Hi,

    I am looking for nice css ( and php ) tutorial so I can customize my wp site. I am using latest wp and latest Thesis. I guess I need to know something about php as I need to use hooks.

    I want to learn how to fully modify
    – post headline
    – byline
    – etc etc.

    Does nice explanation of terms like byline, teaser, etc etc exist for non native speaker?
