    If you are using just Tahoma, open up the file wp-content/plugins/optin-forms/includes/functions.php and scroll to line 411:

    return $optinforms_google_url.optinforms_get_used_fonts();

    change to

    //return $optinforms_google_url.optinforms_get_used_fonts();

    Please note you won’t be able to use other fonts from Google library, and you would need to re-do this change each and every time you update the plugin.
