I think this is a CSS question but I’m not sure.

In a text field on my page, I used the default shortcode.
    [email-subscribers namefield=”YES” desc=”” group=”Public”]</p>

The problem is that the spacing is terrible. The name and email are in two rows so using up a total of 4 rows plus some empty spaces.

    Coming soon, blah blah blah

    Name
<the box to enter the name>
    Email *
<the box to enter the email>

I need to save space and would like this to be on just one line.

    Name <box to enter name> Email <box to enter email> <submit button>

How can I do that since I am not an html person. What do I need to enter as code and where?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

We recommend you to use Rainmker WordPress plugin rather than modify the code in Email Subscribers plugin.

You can use predefined form or can create a custom form using Rainmaker plugin.

You can collect leads and automatically subscribe them to your Emails subscriber’s group.

    Hope that helps.

All I need is for people to sign up to a one time mailing list. I need to send everyone a notice when the site is up. Nothing more than that.

I really dislike adding more and more plugins. Can I use only the rainmaker then?

    Hello,

We understand adding more and more plugin is a tedious job.

But, at this moment we don’t have a form designer itself into Email Subscribers plugin. So, instead of modifying existing code (to make sure your upgrade will run smoothly) I recommend you to use Rainmaker.

Yes, rainmaker will do the job for you.

    Hope that helps.
