CSS to ref gallery images within posts comments

Hello,

I have currently installed the intense debate commenting system on my test site and blog. I am wondering if there is a way in the Custom CSS section of IntenseDebate to ref gallery images within the comments so that users can simply enter in the image number and a thumbnail of the image will appear. I have seen this on a few sites.
