    Hi,

The website I’m working on initially had four bar graphs. Each graph had only two bars so the CSV file was very simple and the charts worked correctly.

Recently we’ve tried to update the CSV files and have noticed that the values no longer get displayed correctly when viewing the graphs.

For example, for the values 1099, 2000 you should expect to see one of the bars being almost double the height of the other.

Instead one looks five or six times taller than the other. I’ve tried lots of minor adjustments to see if it’s a caching issue and I’m pretty sure it’s not.

    Any ideas?

I managed to get this working again. I found a field inside Vertical Axis Settings > View Window that hadn’t been set to zero.

This is what was causing the charts to look as if they were not displaying the data correctly. In actual fact they were – but because I don’t display the Axis numbers I couldn’t tell
