CSV doesn’t support special characters

    Hi,

    I’m getting malformed UTF-8 characters when exporting. Any idea what might be causing this? Stéphanie export as St??phanie

    When I export from Gravity Forms itself the characters are correct.

    Using WP version 5.7.2, GF version 2.4.24 and GF Export version 1.8.9

    Sorry for the late response. This one kind of stumps me tho be honest. I’ve just tested this on an installation, and it seems to work correctly. Would you mind sharing your system information? It might be a different database type that is causing this issue.

    You can find this information under Forms > system status. I’m especially interested in Database Server settings.

    It can also be that your DB_CHARSET is not configured to utf-8. You can check that in your wp-config.php.
