CSV download from admin

    Hi.

    I got a member site, and the goldmember is allowed to get bookings from visitors on events. However the goldmember is not able to download the CSV file from the booking admin page.
    If i try as admin it works fine, sp there may be a security issue – what should i check to correct the problem? Is there something there needs to be set?

  • Hello,

    You could specify the permissions of each User Role under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities. By default Admin can Export and Bookings to CSV and Event Owners can Export Bookings of their own Event. What you can check is the permission “manage_others_bookings” or “manage_bookings”

    Please do note that giving the permissions to manage bookings/other bookings would also alow them to Accept/Edit/Delete the bookings.

    Hi.

    A security plugin on my site blocked the feature.
    It is now working.
