    When I download a extensive report, it doesn’t get sent to my email.

    I don’t think it’s a problem with emailing, as I’ve already received smaller reports via the same email.

    No log is generated reporting any kind of error.
    Can someone help?

    Hi @aguiart0,

    Does this happen for all extensive reports or are you experiencing this issue with one in particular, and which report? If you deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce does it send the email?

    As a first step, please provide us the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
