CSV Export failes with unexpected error

    I have to export the Submissions of our Form. But after a while the Error:

    “An unexpected error occurred while exporting data. Please contact Web-Dorado (10Web) Customer Care.”
    is displayed.

    I’m tried it with Microsoft Edge and Chrome with the same result.
    The installed Form Maker Version is 2.12.39
    The WordPress Version is: 5.7.5
