CSV export missed one record

When I exported the database with “export data fields” box checked the CSV file did not include the first record. When I exported the database with “export data fields” unchecked all records were included.

I can share the first few records with you if you would like. This issue is not causing me any problem now that I know about it.

I’ve been using your plugin for a year and it has worked well.
