CSV Export not all records are imported

    Hi there,

    I am migrating MailPoet from one site to another. Trying to export and import subscribers to the other site. On the old site there are 642 subscribers in one specific list. When importing this file to the new website there are only 241 subscribers imported.

    I also exported a .xls from the old and the new website to check what records are missing and what status the missing records had in the old website. But most of them are just subscribed to the list.

    The missing records are added to the .csv file but simply not imported to the new website.

    Any ideas? Really appreciated.

    Hi @n33d,

    It could be that some email addresses are being ignored because the plugin does not allow to import subscribers with empty IP addresses when the column is selected for importing. Do you think that’s the case?

    If so, you can import the list again and not mark the column with the IP address for import, then our plugin will add all missing subscribers.

    We will improve this behavior in one of the next versions of our plugin.
