CSV Import

    Seems I’ve got no response to emails send over the last 3 months, posting here is a last resort before looking to use a different directory plugin.

    I’m having real problems, again, with the directory importer.

    I did an import yesterday, which appeared to muddle up the companies information. So I deleted all companies from the directory and re-imported the csv.

    Its now been going for 4.5 hours, and still not finished. And because its importing, the whole WordPress website is not accessible. I see no progress or anything, I just see the “import running”

    I’m also facing imported fields are mixed up. For example, https://ruralcontractors.org.nz/find-a-contractor/listing/coveney-contracting-ltd/ – in the csv, theres no website address, but once imported, it magically gets one, from the other end of the csv

  • Hi, i am sorry for the issue you are facing. could you please tell me if you are using the latest version of the plugin, also do you map all the fields while importing?

    1.0is the only version of the csv importer.

    And yes, fields have mapped when importing.

    This had been working fine for many months

    Seems like there is a bug in 4.9.9 –> 5.0.0/1

    A slightly quicker response time would be appreciated. You’re very quick to take $$ for the extra add-ons, perhaps try being just as quick to respond to error reports!
