csv import challenge

    Importing csv data
    Variable products each with 2 variations assigned:
    1) Postal 2) Digital Download

    I have (almost) successfully uploaded Variables and Variations.
    However there seem to be 5 fields in the csv variable data which get ignored.
    I have run the csv import process a few times.

    These are the fields that don’t get taken up.
    Attribute 1 name = Delivery
    Attribute 1 values = Digital download, Postal
    Attribute 1 visible = 1
    Attribute 1 global = 1
    Attribute 1 default = Postal

    Automattic Happiness Engineer

    The column header names are different than what is expected by default in the import process. You’ll need to make sure that they are being mapped to the correct field after the file is uploaded.

    These are the titles that the plugin expects by default:

    Attribute 1 name
    Attribute 1 value(s)
    Attribute 1 visible
    Attribute 1 global

    These are the ones in your CSV file:

    Attribute name
    Attribute value(s)
    Attribute visiblity
    Is a global attribute?

    Try reviewing all the column titles and re-import once fixed. If you want to make sure the formatting is correct on all of them, I’d recommend creating a variable product manually through the dashboard, and then exporting the file to verify how the plugin formats it.
