Hi guys, how should I include a comma or a line-break character within the text of a special attribute cell?

After importing products from a CSV file (created with Google Sheets), using the Woocommerce import tool, commas and line-breaks characters present in the special attributes cells have disappeared. For instance, the text
“Hi guys, so, my name is [line break] John” will appear as “Hi guyssomy name is John”. I have looked online and tried many ways to write those characters, such as quotation marks “cell’s content” or “,” for the comma, and “\n”, “\u”, “\a”, even <br> or <br/>. I also tried to create & export the CSV file through Excel and Open Office or Numbers (Mac OsX)

Could Mac OsX be the reason? Woocommerce version (5.2.0)?
Any idea here, or someone who experienced the same?

    Many thanks!

    Hi there!

Can you post the CSV file here so we can go over it with a fine-toothed comb?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
