    Hello;

    I’ve just found out, the import tool no longer updates current listings. Rather it simply imports all that is in the CSV. Resulting in duplicate listings.

    And yes, the option to ‘import new and update existing’ was selected.

    Can you please check that you have the latest version of our import plugin (v1.0). If you did not receive an upgrade notification on your site please

    Also please keep in mind that the plugin currently uses the Title of the directory listing to determine which listings to update.

    Yes, I’m using v1.0

    And yes I realise the plugin is supposed to use the title of the directory to determine what to update, but this isn’t happening.

    Please don’t make me wait another month for a reply….

    @modcar, we are unable to duplicate this issue on our test environments. Can you please give us some more information?

    Host environment, theme, and other plugins.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the importing plugin, and now it works
