CSV import hangs

When trying to update meetings, I was running into an issue where it wouldn’t let me publish and would only remain in draft mode.
As a work-around, I was able to download the csv data and make the correction on there and then import back into the meeting guide via the imports and settings page. That deleted all my meeting data and now when I try to upload the complete meeting csv file, the status bar hangs at about 10% and will not load further. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing and importing the test template file provided and nothing will go back into the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
