Hi running Events calendar 4.6.2. When I do a CSV import of Events the EventShowMapLink and EventShow Map fields are not being updated. In my preview both have 1 for each record, but after the import when I view the events these fields are blank. This happened last month, too, but I was on an earlier version of Events Calendar (4.5.02 I think). I did not upgrade the version at the time as I saw other users having issues. The month before this though everything was fine.

If I manually check each box within the uploaded event the maps show (which tells me the link/display for google map is working). But the uploaded records, despite having the flag data element set in the file and showing in the preview, do not save those values during the import process.

Hi.
Both the CSV import and the map linking are broken for a long time.
Put the following code in your theme’s functions.php file.
This is not a fix but a workaround.

Yes, unfortunately that part of the csv import is buggy. We already have a bugticket on file with high priority, so hopefully we will get to fixing this soon. Thanks for your patience on this!

Hi András.
Unfortunately, that is not the only part of the csv import which is actually buggy. And that is the only part which has a known workaround.

We released an update for this issue. Can you update your plugins (preferrably on a staging site) and see if that resolves the issue.
