CSV import not working

    I contacted you from the plugin site but did not get an answer. The plugin installed easily and I hand-set up a form with dummy entries. Then, I tried to upload a CSV (because I have a large xls file I would like to have searchable on the site). Something isn’t working. Every time I upload the csv file it only loads 2 cells with no date in them (checking the entries space). Help?

    Thank you for getting in touch:) and please excuse me that you message through the plugin website didn’t reach me, otherwise I could reply you much faster:)

    Are you using the latest version? Because all the bugs and issues have been fixed in the more recent versions.

    Have you followed all the instructions on the csv upload page? It should work unless there’s a minor intricacy that hasn’t been met when uploading the file, so there shouldn’t be a problem.

    I appreciate if you can email me the file that you try to upload. (you can find my email on the very bottom of the “welcome” page of the plugin)
    This way I can better diagnose what is the issue.
    Also please attach a screenshot of what you see when you send me the email, and I help you in anyway I can.
