csv import problem

    Hi – I am trying to do a csv import into woocommerce

    it seems to be timing out after a few products (there are about 50 products in all but only 3 or 4 seem to import then it just stops

    there are about 3-5 images for each product but I’ve been able to do this before without it stalling

    I redid a small one with just 5 products – it imported two (out of order)
    it imported these 2 in 2 mins or so then stalled

    any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    If you head to WooCommerce> Status> Logs, do you see any Fatal Errors?
