csv import scandinavian letters

Hi,

I have the same problem. When I do the imports my Persian characters also disappear like they were not there!
Please help ??

It did not solve the issue for me. Now stafflist imports data and shows characters. But the problem is that the characters becomes special characters like this:
?í?? T?? ???í
which are not those that was in my cvs file and.

CSVs can often be particular. We have added support for .XLS/X that strictly declare an encoding, which should resolve the issues you are experiencing with non-UTF8 character sets.

Please download v2.3.0 and try importing from XLS instead.
