CSV Importer Shows Security Error – Fails

This seems like the host (or most likely the security software on your hosting) has restricted .csv files from being uploaded to the server. Please double-check with your web host on this, or you can temporarily use the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/disable-real-mime-check/ plugin to disable checking of file types when importing.
