CSV is empty and checkbox not stored.

    I have two problems:

    1.)
    I have one checkbox in my form. It is always stored as “empty” regardless of its state. For me it’s not that big a problem, because the checkbox is in this case a required form field. But it’s still unpleasant.

    2.)
    My form entries (except the checkbox, see above) are correctly stored in the List of entries and are correctly emailed to me. But wehen I use “Export CSV” the CSV contains only the labels, the date and the ID of the entries. All other fields are empty.

    Hello,
    I’m having the same problem!
    When I export my entries in CSV some of the fields are empty. Don’t understand the logic of it, some of them are checkboxes other are input fields…

    Thank you for writing in,

    We have already fixed the mentioned issue related to the empty field and we are going to release the update very soon.

    For the CSV export, we have tested properly on our local and development sites but we did not find any issues. This type of issue only displays when you made changes to the meta key of the form field. This change makes your CSV blank because the new meta key does not found the data from your database. If you have made changes to the meta keys then we suggest you restore the meta key name then only you will get the data on your CSV file.

    I am having the same issue. The blank fields have not had the meta key changed. The fields affected are one single line textbox and one multiple choice.
    There are other single line texts and multiple choices on the form which are not affected.
