CSV Plugin Not Working

  • I just purchased the csv import/export plugin for Easy Student Results you made.
    I tried to import a csv file but I keep getting the following message:
    Invalid file type. Please upload a CSV file.
    This happens when I upload the same file that I get from the export function, too.
    Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

    PHP is managed by the hosting service so I do not have access and cannot have one. I only have WordPress admin login access.

    The only PHP module that my website reports that is disabled is imagick.
