.CSV uploading trouble

    I even tried uploading the sample .csv and that says the same thing. My computer is set for the : separator.

    Hi Courtneyd, I cannot replicate the issue. The csv upload works with the sample file. Opening the sample file in Excel or OpenOffice might change the character set. You can try downloading the sample.csv file again and upload without opening the file. If this did not work you can try reinstalling the plugin.

    we did find a problem with Windows computers it was working on macs fine we are posting an update in about an hour, sorry for the inconvenience
