    Hi Daniloz ,

Thanks for using our plugin and continued support.

We are sorry that the plugin stopped working for you. It would be helpful to understand the issue better, if you can provide more info like the plugins you added to your site recently.

The current version of the plugin is tested upto WordPress 4.4.2 and I believe you have updated the same.

Please create a ticket with the necessary information @ https://smackcoders.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets

We will get it resolved at the earliest.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I followed the link, however, I can not register on the site.

    As for your requested information:
I am using the latest WordPress Version and I have not added any Plugins recently.
I first thought it is due to filesize (my .csv was 80MB at first) however I made 3 .csvs via Google Spreadsheets and now they are around 30 MB each.

The file won’t upload, so that I don’t get the “next” button to be clickable..hence I can not map anything..

Hi, sorry I have been on vacation..

I updated the Plugin, however, the problem persists..
Even old .csv files which I uploaded before won’t upload anymore.

The csv file name is not the problem in this case. The problem happened due to the plugin conflict or JS conflict in your instance. You can also check your csv file in our demo instance. In our demo instance old .csv file imported without any problem. Kindly check our demo instance using the following link

If the issue still persists, please do send your details to support (at) smackcoders (dot) com

    Hey there,

I sent an email to support (at) smackcoders (dot) com.

However I was not able to register an account on your website, so I hope the mail is sufficient?

    Greetings,

@daniloz : Mail is sufficient. The problem you faced due to the low value of configuration in your php.ini file. So Kindly increase those value to upload the larger amount of csv file.

Hey, actually, the problem persists, although the values were modified.
It works with smaller tables (like 10 rows) and I was told via mail that the problem is probably the file size and that you were working on that problem.

    Here is a screenshot of
    my current configuration (click)

    Hi Damiloz,

Kindly check on the new version of WP Ultimate CSV Importer. You can be able to import your CSV with this version.
