Oh, I’m sorry, set both options to “On“.

Alternative mechanism will change the standard behavior of the cookie-files.

Do you use any cache plugins?

If yes then refresh the cache of your website. The cookies should be deleted.

Disabling-enabling the CleanTalk plugin should help as well.

No, I don′t use a cache plugin right now… I have disable-enable the CleanTalk plugin but I still see these 8 cookies. If I disable the plugin, it′s ok, no cookies are shown.

Here clearly says that “to comply with the regulations governing cookies under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive you must:

Google Analytics, for example, con not be considered as strictly necessary cookies and therefor are blocked in order the user can accepts them or not.

Analyzing the CT cookies, only two appear as necessary: ct_timezone and ct_pointer_data. The rest, ct_checkjs, ct_ps_timestamp, ct_fkp_timestamp, apbct_visible_fields, apbct_visible_fields_count, abpct_hyro_acc_collect appear in the “Other cookies” category.

According to the European legislation on the GDPR and EPrivacy Directive, only the first two could be installed without the consent of the user but the others should be blocked until the user decides if he wants or not to accept them…

The explanation that CT cookies are strictly necessary is satisfactory but in that case it would be desirable that the 8 CT cookies appear as necessary since only two of them appear as necessary in the test (www.cookieserve.com). Could you label all cookies as necessary in any update of the plugin? Thank you very much.
