CTA Footer Disappeared

Hello and good day.
I have had this plugin installed for a few months on a multisite with no problems.
Recently, the footer on serveral of the sites has disappeared.
I was copying and pasting the footer from one site to the next but now, it’s not allowing me to past.
Here is a quick video showing the issue.
