CTA for leaving reviews is not working

  • Hi,

    My CTA for leaving reviews is not working even if the button is enabled. My other question is, is there a way to just leave a rating without putting in the personal details in the pop-up?

    Hey @sahaysagar1,

    Thanks for reaching out! I tested out the page you linked and so far when I click the review button in the CTA at the bottom, I’m prompted to leave a review as expected. Are you still experiencing any issues there?

    As for leaving a rating without putting in any details, by default we make it so reviews 3 stars and lower will require the reader to fill out some information before the review is left. This is done to try and help combat spam/fake reviews. We don’t have an option currently to remove that behavior (the only other option will enable ALL reviews to have details filled out).
