CTA to mobile devices

  • Hey I created website using WP and I have problems with CTA button. On the desktop version, its there (black button), but its not on mobile devices or tablets. When I go to Elementor, and select under “Edit with Elemetor” the option for “Header”, I can see the CTA black button is there on desktop version and also when I swith to mobile device look. But outside of Elementor, when I go to my website on mobile, I can not see that black CTA button.

    I also checked under Responsive if I have some of the features hidden for some devices, but this is not the case.

    I do not know if you can see photo I attached as this is my first forum post.

    If you’ve attached a screenshot that isn’t available on this ticket, please upload it to Imgur and add the link to this ticket.

    In Elementor, the desktop and mobile headers can be different depending on how they are configured. If the CTA button appears in the desktop header but not on the mobile header, it’s possible that the mobile version does not include the CTA button, or the button is set to be hidden on mobile.

    If the desktop header includes the CTA button but the mobile header does not, then you may need to manually add the button to the mobile header.

    I understand that there are some problems but I still want to figure it out and maybe solve the problem. I want CTA button to be present in mobile version as I thinks it is important.

    Here is the screenshot I took on my first message(https://imgur.com/a/WiIjGr4). I just wanted to show how it looks on mobile device (there is no CTA button), but if you check here (https://imgur.com/a/F69aVFF), you can find black button in the header of the desktop and I do not know whats the problem.

    So is here even any chance of setting it up? I am a little bit lost.

    So if you have any idea how can I put it in mobile header, I would be very thankful.
