• I am using Adtribe’s Product Feed Pro which according to previous support tickets of other users, does not work correctly when used alongside Object Caching with Redis.

I would like to ask if CTX Feed would work with Redis, as I am considering making a switch to some other plugin, because I would really like to stick with Redis on this one site.

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi @kosakkas

Thanks for reaching us and our plugin is compatible with Redis Cache. But, if you are trying to implement Redis a bit differently then I’m a bit unsure how that would be.

    Thank you!

Hi, and thanks for replying. Thank you also for confirming that your plugins is compatible with the default Redis installations and use. I don’t believe we have anything special about our Redis in our case. We used the Redis Cache manager plugin to Flush Object Cache every now and again. We also have WP Rocket running alongside to it. And that would be all I reckon. Do you see anything unusual with that? Anything we should treat with caution? Thanks again.

    Hi @kosakkas

Everything seems fine and there is nothing you can take extra caution for. However, if you do encounter any issues, please, feel free to let us know as it won’t be a complex issue to solve. So, I would suggest you to start with the free version of CTX Feed and let us know if. you encounter any issues.

    Thank you,
