• Goodmorning,

we are experiencing an issue with Custom Fields created by CTX Feed: we enabled and filled in a few fields (Material and MPN) but the fields are not showing in our Feeds (we already tried saving and updating several times).

We are using Elementor and MetaBox plugin on this website. Could it be a misconfiguration or a conflict issue?

Do you have any suggestion to solve this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @frucci

The possible reason could be caching. Please go to manage feed > find the clear cache button on the right top and clear the cache. Once cleared, try editing the feed and you should find the attribute under the custom attribute & field meta.

Also, make sure no caching plugin is not caching the feed. Here, you can find the instructions on how to exclude the feed directory from caching.

    Thank you,

Hi Badal, thanks for your help.

Unfortunately it isn’t a caching issue as disabling the caching plugin (FlyingPress) and purging the CTX Feed cache doesn’t solve the issue.

Do you have any other ideas? Do I need to activate debug mode?

    Hi @frucci

Can you please try creating a new feed, including the custom attributes? If the attributes get included in the new feed, then it must be caching. But, if the attributes are not included even in the new feed, please get in touch with us from here, as we have to inspect it from the backend.

    Best regards,
