    Hello,

    I’ve been using your CTX FEED plugin for a while now and I’ve noticed that it doesn’t update the products in the Mechent Center! Am I doing something wrong or why is it not updating the products? I would be happy if you could help me here. Is there a manual, or is there someone who could set this up for me for a fee?

    To update your items on Google Merchant Center (GMC), it is necessary to update the feed. First, ensure that the feed is either being automatically updated or manually regenerated. Once regenerated, open the feed in your browser or with the appropriate application, depending on the file format. Check if the updated feed contains the new item details or the updates added to your items.

    If the feed is not auto-updating, please follow this documentation to ensure the feed is set to auto-update: How to Fix Auto Feed Update, not Working Issue?

    However, if the feed does not include the updated item information, caching could be the issue. Ensure no caching tool is caching your feed file. If caching is present, clear the cache, regenerate the feed, and check it again in your browser. To prevent caching, exclude the feed directory from your caching tool.     Once all the mentioned issues are resolved, please regenerate the feed, verify that the updates are included, go to GMC, navigate to Feeds, click on the feed label, fetch the feed again, and wait until GMC processes your new feed.
