CTX Feed plugin caused an issue in Merchant Center

Thanks for reaching us.

First of all, let me make it clear that this is not CTX Feed that has caused the issue.
It’s the feed you have configured without the required fields that are mandatory for certain categories like apparel.

So what you need to do is to create a feed with all the required attribute fields. If you have those attributes added to your WooCommerece products, edit the feed and add color, age group, and gender feed as shown on this screenshot. Once added, regenerate the feed and upload or fetch in GMC again and it should solve your issue.

However, the Image link process failure must be some issue with your image URL if you are using any external image server or anything that needs to be inspected. Our plugin’s job is to get the information from Woocommerece properly and it depends on what Woocommerece provides.

It sounds to me like you’re missing data in the website database, rather than an issue with the feed software? Are [age], [gender] and those other attributes present in your database, ready to be exported in your feed?
