CTX Feed URL being replaced with IP Address

Thanks for choosing CTX feed.

Please check if the WordPress Address and the Site Address are the same and contain the domain name, not an IP or blank in your site’s General settings. Please, see this screenshot for a better understanding.

The general settings are correct but it still uses my IP address.. Can you help

I am also having the same problem. I have a CTX feed that is scheduled to generate a file every 24 hours. Then Merchant Center XML feed is setup to upload the file every 24 hours. I realize that the file sometimes not all the times have IP address of the site instead of the domain name. IP = 13.246.32.64
I also checked the site address and wordpress address and both contain the full DNS name. Not sure why this is happening.

The issue restarted again, the URL contains the IP address instead of Domain name and all products now disapproved in merchant center
