    Hi,

Any idea how to have the number of locations shown on a marker/pib for certain “far away” zoom levels?

Like when say I have 1000 pins (locations) in California and I look at the US map, it should show like a pin over California with the number 1000 on it. When I zoom in, I shall see for ex. a pin over LA with the number 550 (550 locations in LA), and a pin over San Francisco showing 450 (the number of locations in the area). When zooming further, I shall see for ex a pin carrying the Nr, 300 for LA city, one pin marked 50 for Glendale one pin with 20 for Santa Monica, etc. Once I get close enough the normal single pins should show.

    Possible? How?

    Thanks a bunch

  • Hey Dylan, thanks for the added doc! I’m hoping I will have time to look into in probably the next few days.

Is here the point where I need to start to get to have cumulative customized numbered icons?

    thanks again,

If you want to number cluster icons with something other than the number of markers they contain, that’s where you’d start.

If you want to number individual objects on the map, you’d use with the ‘objectIcon’ custom javascript action:

but instead of using categories to choose a marker you’d use a counter.
