Cupom por Exclus?o de Categoria

Vamos às informa??es e prints do problema.

Anexo 1 e anexo 2 s?o imagens do carrinho de compras com dois produtos adicionados, onde um dos produtos tem o pre?o normal de R$25,00 e o outro produto está em OFERTA por R$189,00.

Adicionei 2 unidades de R$189,00 (oferta) + R$25,00, totalizando R$403,00. Esse valor teoricamente daria frete grátis para o CEP 29780-000, porém existem os produtos da categoria OFERTA que está configurada para excluir frete grátis dessa categoria, n?o sendo necessário a soma deles para liberar o frete.

Demais anexos s?o de edi??o do cupom de Frete Grátis para que possam analisar.

Thanks for sharing the information.

Firstly, we would like to let you know that the Exclude category and the Allow free shipping options are provided by WooCommerce itself, not the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin. Therefore, updating the plugin shouldn’t cause any problems with these options. You may check the same after deactivating the Smart Coupons plugin.

Nevertheless, we will help you understand the functionality of these options and how you can configure them as per your requirements.

When the Allow free shipping option is enabled and the coupon is applied, the entire cart will be eligible for free shipping. The shipping fee is billed to the entire cart, not to individual products. Therefore, if the coupon is applied, the products from the excluded category will also be eligible for free shipping.

As per your screenshots, it seems like you are using the Fixed product discount type coupons. For such coupon types, the coupon will be applied even if there is a product from an excluded category but the discount will be applied only for the eligible products.

However, if you change the discount type to a Fixed cart discount, the coupon will not applied when a product from an excluded category is available in the cart.

You may change the coupon type to Fixed cart discount and check with the coupon once more. Let us know how it goes.

Entendi tudo perfeitamente, e fiz o que sugeriu em alterar o tipo de cupom para?Desconto fixo no carrinho, mas quando fiz o teste com produtos normais + produtos de categorias excluídas, n?o liberou frete grátis mesmo tendo o valor mínimo de produtos normais.

Vou deixar um print abaixo.

Anexo 01: item circulado em vermelho faz parte da categoria “excluída”, os demais itens atingem o valor mínimo de 399,00.

Anexo 02: Total do carrinho sem a op??o de frete grátis.

As per our understanding, free shipping is not available even when the eligible products are worth more than the minimum amount of 399,00.

This is because of the presence of the product from an excluded category. Since the coupon is not applied, the free shipping option won’t be available.

Please share your complete use case with us so we can suggest a better configuration of the coupon. Also, please mention when the free shipping should be available.

Vamos lá, vou tentar exemplificar o mais detalhado possível para que consigam entender.

Eu tenho o produto X cadastrado na categoria OFERTA que custa 300,00.

E tenho o produto Y cadastrado numa categoria aleatória que custa 100.00.

A categoria OFERTA foi inserida no EXCLUIR CATEGORIAS dentro do plugin, de forma que ele n?o libere frete grátis desses produtos específicos.

O frete grátis está configurado acima de 399.00 para algumas regi?es, exemplo CEP 29780-000.

Adiciono no carrinho 2 unidades do produto X (R$300.00), logo ele me retorna o frete grátis.

Caso eu adicione 1 produto Y (total R$400.00), da forma que configurei por último marcando a op??o Desconto fixo no carrinho, ele n?o oferece frete grátis. E é assim que deve funcionar!

Agora vamos inverter o processo: adiciono 1 unidades do produto Y (R$100.00) + 1 unidade do produto X (R$300.00), ent?o o frete deveria ser liberado, porém n?o libera.

Resumindo nesse último exemplo de carrinho: PRODUTO X em oferta + PRODUTO Y pre?o normal, deu o valor acima de 399.00 para liberar o frete grátis.

Sorry to keep you waiting.

As per my understanding, you would like to give “free shipping” when the order subtotal of ‘product X‘ is more than $399. If there is ‘product Y‘ ($100) and ‘product X‘ ($300) in the cart you don’t want the coupon to be applied. However, if there are 2 ‘product X‘ ($600) and 1 product Y ($100) in the cart the coupon should be applied.

That is, it must be applied when the subtotal from the eligible products should be more than $399.

In that case, you may change the discount type back to ‘Fixed product discount‘ and enter 399 in the ‘Minimum subtotal of matching products‘ (Coupon edit page > Usage restrictions tab). Make sure to add the ineligible category in the ‘Exclude Categories‘ option.

Please check it out and let me know if it is working as expected.

If not please elaborate on your use case with examples so we can assist you better.

Olá, configurei exatamente como descreveu acima.

Desconto fixo de produto ‘ e inseri $399 no ‘ Subtotal mínimo de produtos correspondentes ‘ (página de edi??o do cupom > guia Restri??es de uso). Certifique-se de adicionar a categoria inelegível na op??o ‘ Excluir categorias ’ (OFERTAS, COMBOS, CABELOS)

No exemplo anexado, no carrinho constam 3 produtos no total, sendo apenas 1 produto elegível para frete grátis (Perfume Masculino 212 Sexy Men Carolina Herrera Eau de Toilette – 50ml $359,00) porém n?o atingiu o valor mínimo.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

It seems like you are not using the Minimum subtotal of matching products option, but the Minimum spend (Gasto minimo) option. Please clear that field and enter 399,00 in the Minimum subtotal of matching products option instead.

Qual seria a vers?o que está utilizando e que possui essa op??o? Talvez seja por isso que n?o consigo configurar corretamente.

We are using the latest version (1.5.1) of the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin.

It should be available for you at the bottom of the Usage restrictions tab on the coupon edit page. If you are not able to view this option, you may share the full screenshot of the Usage restrictions tab on the coupon edit page.

Bom dia, consegui encontrar sim e configurei, porém n?o fucionou do jeito que deveria.

Segue exemplo abaixo onde no carrinho consta o total de $448,00 porém possui um produto da categoria OFERTAS, que n?o poderia somar para liberar o frete grátis.
